    Chicken Asiago: $21.95 per person (plated)

           Seasoned boneless breast of chicken filled with asiago cheese and herb stuffing topped with a chicken demi au jus.
    Served with your choice of two sides.

    Chicken Piccata: $20.95 per person (plated)

           A lightly seasoned boneless breast of chicken pan seared with a white wine sauce and capers.
    Served with your choice of two sides.

    Chicken de Champagne: $20.95 per person (plated)

           Breast of chicken marinated in champagne and garlic, baked and served in a creamy sauce, garnished with lightly sautéed portobello mushrooms.
    Served with your choice of two sides.

    Chicken Oscar: $22.95 per person (plated)

           Chicken breast seasoned and broiled, topped with Hollandaise sauce and flaky crabmeat and asparagus.
    Served with your choice of two sides.

    Prime Rib Au Jus: $24.95 per person (plated)

           Tender roasted prime rib topped with beef au jus and horseradish cream on the side.

           Tender eggplant, sliced lightly breaded and baked, served stacked with a Mediterranean style ratatouille and a red pepper coulees sauce.

           Fillet of mahi mahi oven roasted and served with an orange ginger sauce, garnished with mandarin oranges and green scallions.

    Sautee'd Barramundi: $19.95 per person (plated)

           Whitefish fillet coated with seasoned flour and sautéed, complemented with a mornay-style cheese sauce and finished with white wine.

    Cantaloupe Salad

           A wedge of cantaloupe topped with field greens, mandarin oranges and honey lime or raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

    Asparagus Salad

           Fresh asparagus tossed with roasted tricolor peppers and red onion in tangy citrus dressing served over field greens.

    Three Pepper Salad

           Diced tricolor peppers, tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette and served on a bed of field greens.

    Seafood Salad

           Shrimp, bay scallops and crab meat marinated in a lemon dill vinaigrette and tossed with tricolor peppers and served over field greens
