Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach


Jason Robbins began his work with Indiana University in 2009. He works with the baseball and aquatics programs at IU. Robbins came to IU in August 2009 from Michigan where he served as assistant strength and conditioning coach, working with men's and women's golf, gymnastics, rowing and novice rowing.

Robbins spent two years with the Wolverines, serving as a graduate assistant coach during the 2007-08 season. During that time he was responsible for implementing sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for men's and women's diving, men's and women's golf, women's gymnastics, men's soccer, women's rowing and women's water polo.

Robbins earned both his bachelor's (2004) and master's (2006) degrees in exercise science from the University of Toledo. He is a former football student-athlete for the Rockets where he was named the Mid-American Conference Special Teams Player of the Year in 2005 and was a semifinalist for the Lou Groza Award that season.
