    2011-12 (R-JUNIOR): Cross Country: Was the first Hoosier to the cross the line and finished in 10th place overall at Pre-Nationals in 24:27 in the 8K ... placed 10th overall at the Big Ten Championships to earn All-Big Ten accolades in a time of 23:48 as the Hoosiers finished second as a team with their lowest team point total in the conference meet since 1980 ... earned All-America honors with a 39th place finish at the NCAA Championships running in a time of 30:11.5 as IU placed seventh nationally as a team for the second-straight season. Indoor: Anchored the Hoosiers to second place in the distance medley relay at the NCAA Championships, finishing just .19 out of the top spot in 9:42.68 ... was less than half a second out of the win for fifth in the mile at NCAA's, clocking a time of 4:02.13 ... scored an amazing 26 points at the Big Ten meet to lead IU to the team title and outscoring last place Purdue all by himself ... won the Big Ten mile title in 4:04.64 ... won the Big Ten 3,000m title in 8:01.38 ... took third in the Big Ten 5,000 with a time of 13:51.58 ... clocked season-bests of 3:58.23 in the mile and 7:50.23 in the 3,000m.     2010-11 (R-SOPHOMORE): Cross Country: Started the year with a third place finish at the Indiana Open, less than a second behind teammate Ben Hubers ... paced the Hoosiers in the adidas Invitational finishing second overall in 23:30, as IU took home the team title in the event ... named Big Ten Runner of the Week on Oct. 5 ... placed 18th in the Chile Pepper Festival at Arkansas ... led the team with a second place individual finish in the Big Ten Championships to earn All-Big Ten honors ... placed 11th overall in the NCAA Great Lakes regional with a time of 30:32.35, as the team placed second ... helped Indiana to its best NCAA finish since 1977 as he placed 67th individually and the team finished seventh overall ... named Academic All-Big Ten.     2009-10 (R-FRESHMAN): Cross Country: Kicked off his season at the Indiana Intercollegiates, finishing third overall in 24:52, helping the Hoosiers take places 2-6 for the win ... matched his third-place finish at the Paul Short Run, this time leading the way for an IU win in 23:42 ... named Big Ten Runner of the Week for his efforts at the Paul Short Run ... took the tape at the Sam Bell Invitational in 25:01.65, leading the charge on a day that saw IU take the top seven spots for a perfect score ... took 21st at Big Tens in 25:55.0 ... finished 45th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in 32:21.18 ... named academic All-Big Ten. Outdoor: Posted regional qualifying marks in two events ... posted a regional qualifying time of 3:44.97 in the 1,500m for third at the Billy Hayes Invite ... at the Indiana Invite, posted a team-best regional-qualifying time of 14:07.21 in the 5,000m for the win.

    PREP: Owns school records at Leo in the 1,600 (4:12), 3,200 (9:02), 5K (15:44) ... also set records in the 3,200-meters at the regional (9:07) and section (9:11) meets ... in cross country, earned all-state honors after placing sixth in 2007 ... was also a four-time all-conference, three-time all-sectional and two-time all-regional selection ... earned all-semi-state and academic all-state honors in 2007 .... was the 3A-4A Runner of the Year in 2007 ... was a state qualifier in the 3,200-meters in 2007 before winning the 3,200 state title in 2008 ... was the sectional champion and record holder as a senior and a regional champion and record holder ... an eight-time letterwinner at Leo, also earned two varsity letters in wrestling.
