    2013-14 (R-SOPHOMORE) : Indoor: Finished in second-place at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the pole vault with a clearance of 4.20m (13-9.25)...Won the Hoosier Hills Invitational pole vault with a jump of 4.11m (13-5.75). Outdoor: Set a career-best to finish in third-place at the Texas Relays with a clearance of 4.30m (14-1.25)...qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round and finished in 24th with a jump of 3.90m.

    2012-13 (SOPHOMORE): Indoor: Season-best of 3.95 meters (12-11.5) at the Hoosier Hills Invitational to finish in second-place...Outdoor: Finished seventh-place at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a clearance of 3.92 meters (12-10.25)...Advanced to the NCAA East Preliminary where she set a career-best mark of 4.10 meters (13-5.25) and finished 10th to advance to the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

    2011-12 (FRESHMAN): Indoor: Cleared a PR 3.85m (12-7.5) for the win in the dual with Purdue. Outdoor: Redshirted.

    PREP: All-stater for her dad, John Gutermuth, at Leo ... took second in the pole vault indoors and outdoors in Indiana in 2011 ... cleared a PR of 12-6 in the pole vault ... earned most improved honors in 2008 and Bend High School in Oregon ... helped Leo take 13th at the 2011 Indiana state meet in just the pole vault, with her sister, Nina (also on IU's roster) taking first ... set the Bend H.S. record by clearing 10-8 in 2009 ... also lettered in cheerleading in 2009. PERSONAL: Daughter of John Gutermuth and Molly Hanns ... has an identical twin sister, Nina, who is also on the IU track and field roster ... born November 2, 1992 ... exercise science major.

They demonstrated the size, athleticism, intensity and poise necessary to give them a great chance to be outstanding National level pole vaulters during their time here at IU.
