    2012-13 (JUNIOR): Indoor: finished in fifth-place at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the high jump with a clearance of 2.14 meters (7-0.25)...finished first at the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational with a jump of 2.12 meters (6-11.5)...Outdoors: won the Billy Hayes Invitational high jump title with a mark of 2.18 meters (7-1.75)...finished 17th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a clearance of 2.10 meters (6-10.75).

    2012 (SOPHOMORE): Indoor: Won the Big Ten high jump crown with a clearance of 2.22m (7-3.25) ... took second in the high jump at the NCAA Championships, clearing 2.23m (7-3.75) for All-America honors ... took wins at the Hoosier Open and SPIRE Invitational. Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Championships with an 11th place finish at the NCAA East Preliminary Round, clearing 2.19m (7-2.25) on his final attempt ... cleared 2.17m (7-1.5) for second at the Big Ten Championships, completing an IU 1-2 sweep in the high jump with Derek Drouin ... qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials, where he cleared 2.10m (6-10.75 for 20th.

    2011 (FRESHMAN): Indoor: Cleared a PR of 2.14m (7-0.25) at Big Tens to take third place in the high jump ... won the college section of the high jump at the Tyson Invitational. Outdoor: Took fourth at Big Tens ... qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round where he cleared a season-best 2.11m (6-11).

    PREP: A state high jump champion in Georgia for Isaac Seals at Riverwood International Charter School ... holds a personal-best clearance of 7' ... two-time Fulton County Champion and two-time Region 5AAA champion ... won the high jump title at the Stephenson Invitational and took second at the Mobile Meet of Champions ... also played varsity basketball for three years.

    PERSONAL: Son of Bertram and Crystal King ... has a brother named David ... born August 16, 1991 ... majoring in sport marketing and management.
