    2009-10 (R-JUNIOR): Cross Country: Paced the Hoosiers with a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, finishing in 21:01.06 to help the Hoosiers earn a bid into the NCAA Championships ... finished eighth at Big Tens for second team All-Big Ten honors, finishing with a time of 20:50 ... finished less than three seconds out of the win at the Sam Bell Invitational, with a time of 21:44.21 ... took 12th in 20:30 at the Paul Short Run ... helped IU to the win at Indiana Intercollegiates, taking fourth in 17:41 ... named Academic All-Big Ten and to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team. Indoor: Posted a provisional qualifying mark of 16:19.44 in the 5,000m at the Alex Wilson Invitational, good for fourth in the IU record books ... at the Indiana Relays, clocked a time of 9:34.23 in the 3,000m for tenth-best in IU lore ... scored two points for the Hoosiers with a seventh-place finish in the 5,000m at Big Tens ... clocked a career-best mile of 4:54.18 at the Gladstein Invitational. Outdoor: Broke her own school record in the 3,000m steeplechase for fourth at the NCAA Championships, finishing in 9:59.16 to help the Hoosier women to 16th place and earning All-America honors for the second-straight year... matched her NCAA finish at the USA Sr. Championships, finishing as the top collegiate runner in 10:07.34 ... named second team ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District, Academic All-Big Ten and a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar ... named Big Ten Sportsmanship honoree for cross country and Big Ten Outstanding Sportsmanship honoree for Indiana University ... earned All-Big Ten honors with second-place in the steeplechase, behind only the eventual NCAA Champion ... took fourth at Big Tens in the 5,000m, scoring five points for IU with a time of 16:24.02, which is the fifth best in IU history ... won the Penn Relays steeple crown ... twice named Big Ten Track Athlete of the Week.

    2008-09 (R-SOPHOMORE): Cross Country: Finished 25th with a time of 21:36.5 at Big Tens ... was named a Big Ten Sportsmanship honoree ... finished in 21:57 for 17th place at the Cowboy Jamboree ... finished 78th overall in 21:34.1 at Pre-Nationals ... finished fifth overall in 18:24 at the Indiana Intercollegiates ... took 13th place with a time of 21:40.2 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional. Indoor: Recorded career bests in the 800m, mile, 3,000m and 5,000m on the season ... ran a time of 2:24.22 at the Indiana Open in the 800m ... finished a mile in 5:01.10 at the Indiana Invite ... ran a time of 9:58.47 at the Gladstein Invitational ... finished in 16:48.12 in the 5,000m at the Big Ten Championships. Outdoor: At the Drake Relays, won the women's 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 10:16.49 ... posted her second regional mark of the season at the Indiana Invitational placing second in the 5,000m run and finishing in 16:34.21 ... took third at Big Tens in the steeplechase ... took eighth in the 5,000 meters at Big Tens with a career best time of 16:30.93 ... claimed her first career All-America honors with a seventh-place finish in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NCAA Championships, passing three runners on the last lap and a half to score points for Indiana ... ran the fastest time in school history in the prelims at NCAAs, finishing in 10:06.05 ... took second in the steeplechase at the NCAA Mideast Regional, finishing in 10:12.19 ... qualified for the U.S.A. Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Ore.

    2007-08 (SOPHOMORE): Led the Hoosier pack in her first season of competition during the cross country season ... posted a personal-best 6K time of 21:07.86 at the Big Ten Championships ... was a Big Ten Sportsmanship honoree ... also recorded a personal-best 5K time of 18:08.08 at the Indiana Intercollegiates ... ran the second-fastest time of the season for the Hoosiers and a personal best in the 3,000-meters (10:07.85 - Big Ten/SEC Challenge) and in the 5,000-meters (17:39.03 - Gladstein Invitational) ... was a redshirt during the outdoor season.

    2006-07 (FRESHMAN): Did not compete during the cross country season ... ran a personal best of 10:54.75 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Drake Relays on April 27.

    PREP: A four-time all-sectional, all-conference and all-region selection ... qualified for the Indiana state meet in 2003, 2005 and 2006 ... sectional champion her senior season ... won conference and county cross country championship four consecutive years ... led team to the Southern Athletic Conference title four times ... earned team MVP honors four times in both cross country and track for South Central ... set the school record in the 1,600-meters with a time of 5:26 and the 3,200-meters with a time of 11:46 ... holds the conference record in the 3,200-meters ... qualified for the state meet in track in 2004 ... a sectional champion in both the 1,600-meters and 3,200-meters as a senior ... an all-conference selection in track ... a four-year letterwinner in basketball and cheerleading at South Central.
