The 2013 IAAF World Championships get underway in Moscow on Saturday. Two Hoosiers will represent their nations in the meet, as De'Sean Turner runs the 3,000m Steeplechase for Team USA and Derek Drouin competes in the high jump for Team Canada. You can watch all of the action live on Universal Sports Network in the U.S., check local listings for channel availability.

Turner runs in qualifying heats on Monday, Aug. 12 at 2:10 a.m. ET, looking to qualify for the final, which runs at 12:20 p.m. ET on Thursday, Aug. 15. Turner qualified for Worlds with a third place finish at the USA Track and Field Championships in June. He clocked a time of 8:25.56 and enters as one of three Americans in the event this year. A 2012 IU graduate, Turner won a pair of Big Ten titles and three All-America certificates in the steeplechase at IU.

High jump qualifying is on Tuesday, Aug. 13 at 1:50 p.m. ET, while finals competition is at 11 a.m. ET on Thursday, Aug. 15. Drouin will look to build on his international success as he won Olympic Bronze in his first meet representing Team Canada as a senior athlete in London a year ago. Drouin qualified with a win at the Canadian Championships and ranks fourth in the world with his Canadian National record clearance of 2.36m (7-8.75). Drouin won his fourth and fifth NCAA titles in the event this season, en route to indoor and outdoor National Field Athlete of the Year honors and the Jesse Owens Big Ten Male Athlete of the Year award. He is currently a finalist for The Bowerman.

You can vote for Drouin in The Bowerman fan vote here. Drouin currently trails UCLA's Julian Wruck in the fan voting, which ends on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
