    Assoc. Athl. Director for Facilities & Ext. Alliances

    Eric Neuburger was appointed as Associate Athletic Director for Facilities & External Alliances at Indiana University in 2012. Eric manages the Department's revenue generating relationships with IU Sports Properties, adidas, Gatorade, and others. He administers a major gift portfolio and serves as CFO to the Varsity Club. He oversees capital projects and facilities, event management, equipment operations, as well as legal issues, contracts, and open records requests. He also serves as sport administrator for men's & women's soccer, men's and women's swimming and diving, and women's water polo.

    Eric received his Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University. During his four year undergraduate career at Indiana, Eric served as the head manager to the men's swimming & diving team. He also served as an athletics intern in the area of facilities and events. Furthering his education, Eric acquired both Master of Business Administration and Master of Sports Administration degrees from Ohio University, before receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Indiana University. Prior to returning to Indiana University in 2007, he served as Executive Director of the Indiana Governor's Council for Physical Fitness & Sports.

    Eric is a life member of the Indiana University Alumni Association and an I Association member. He is also affiliated with several other organizations, including the National Association of Athletic Development Directors, the Council for Advancement & Support of Education, the Penrod Society, USA Swimming, and United States Masters Swimming.

    Eric and his wife, Monica, now reside in Bloomington with their sons, Owen and Milo.
