BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana men's cross country team and senior Kelsey Duerksen will compete in the 2012 NCAA Championships on Saturday, Nov. 17, in Louisville.

The event will be hosted by the University of Louisville at E.P. `Tom' Sawyer State Park. The women's 6K race will start things off at Noon ET, followed by the men's 10K run at 1:15 p.m. ET.

The men's team received an at-large bid to compete in the national meet. This will mark the third-consecutive year that the Hoosier men will compete at the NCAAs. In both 2010 and 2011, IU finished in seventh place overall as a team nationally. Big Ten champion Zach Mayhew and 2011 All-American Andy Bayer are the only two Hoosier runners on the roster with NCAA Championship experience.

Duerksen will run in the women's race as an individual qualifier. The senior finished 14th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet last week.
