    Compliance Coordinator

    Rebecca Pany entered her current position with the Indiana University Athletics Compliance Office in 2012 after spending the previous year as an intern. Pany is responsible for overseeing and monitoring all camp and clinic activities, playing and practice seasons (including CARA and missed class time), donation requests and complimentary admissions. While interning, Pany assisted in initial eligibility responsibilities including IRL monitoring and transcript evaluation. Additionally, she created rules education materials covering several bylaws and assisted in writing the student-athlete newsletter.

    In addition to her compliance responsibilities, Pany assists in a variety of other aspects of the Athletics Department. She is a member of the development team for Indiana University Athletics Excellence Academy, which is an innovative and comprehensive student-athlete program that facilities student-athlete success both on and off the field. Additionally, she assists Executive Associate Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator, Julie Cromer with various administrative needs.

    Nationally, she is a member of both NAAC (National Association of Athletics Compliance) and NACWAA (National Association of Collegiate Women Athletic Administrators).

    Pany earned her bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice at Indiana University in 2012. She was a four-year letter-winner for the Indiana Field Hockey team, earning NFHCA National Academic Squad and Academic Big Ten honors.
