Made 18 appearances on the mound, including four starts ... totaled 40.2 innings pitched, finishing the season as a member of the weekend rotation for the last two Big Ten series ... first career start came on the road at Michigan (4/2), earning a `W' by lasting six innings and allowing just four hits and one earned run ... picked up first career win during the spring break trip, topping UMass (3/16) ... came out of the pen at Tennessee (3/5), blanking the Vols for the final two innings and picking up a save ... compiled 23 strikeouts on the season ... made four consecutive scoreless appearances in late April ... Indiana was 3-1 in games which he started ... did not allow a homerun all season.

Earned a trio of letters for Adam Souilard at Gainesville ... had a strong senior season, going 7-2 with a 3.00 ERA and 75 strikeouts ... surrendered just 34 hits in 51 1/3 innings of work, and added a .441 average at the plate with 14 RBI ... picked up First Team All-Area honors from the Gainesville Sun ... was the co-MVP for Gainesville and received the Scholar-Athlete Award for the squad ... helped Gainesville to a 17-9 season a year removed from a five-win campaign ... was named GHS's Pitcher of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Scholar-Athlete in his junior season as well ... also pitched for the Florida Hardballers, a select all-star team, and logged 50 innings with a sub-2.00 ERA ... played in two World Wood Bat Association National Championships, in Jupiter, Fla., and East Cobb, Ga. ... intends to major in business at Indiana ... parents are Nancy and Brian ... has one brother, Tyler ... born on Sept. 14, 1991.
