    • Roger Rodeheaver is in his third season on staff and first as the Director of Baseball Operations. He served as the program's volunteer coach the past two years.

    • As the Director of Baseball Operations, Rodeheaver is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, travel coordination and video breakdown; amongst other general program operations.

    • Worked extensively with the outfielders and served as the first base coach during time as volunteer coach. Also assumed travel coordination duties for the 2013 campaign.

    • As a Hoosier student-athlete, Rodeheaver posted a career batting average of .316 while cranking out 21 homeruns, 115 RBI and 33 doubles.

    • Drafted in the 36th Round by the Philadelphia Phillies in 1998. Played three seasons of professional ball.

    • Spent the 2011 season as Bloomington High School North varsity assistant and head JV coach.

    • Earned bachelor's and master's degrees from Indiana University.

    • Roger and his wife, Amy, reside in Bloomington with their baby boy, Nolan. Amy is a Reading Instructor for the Monroe County Community School Corporation.
