    Played in 46 games, making 20 starts ... scored 18 runs while batting .286 with eight RBI and four doubles, two of which came in the Big Ten Tournament ... successfully stole nine bases in 12 attempts and fielded a perfect 1.000 on 43 putouts and three assists ... delivered a pinch-hit single and came around to score against Mississippi State in the College World Series ... completed a series sweep of Michigan by connecting on a walk-off single in the bottom of the 10th inning.

    A unanimous choice to the Big Ten All-Freshman team ... played in 56 games, making 50 starts in the corner outfield ... named the Big Ten Freshman of the Week on Feb. 27 after a three-game series at Tulane (2/24-26) that saw him hit .500 with a homerun, two doubles, four RBI and slugging percentage of .917 ... drove in 10 runs with a pair of four-RBI days within the first five games of his collegiate career ... hit .269 with five homeruns, 35 RBI, eight doubles, five stolen bases and 28 runs scored for the season ... laid down a team-high 11 sacrifice bunts, ranking fifth in the Big Ten ... increased his batting average to .319 during the Big Ten season ... drove in two or more runs in 12 different contests, third most on the team ... plated three more at Indiana State (3/7), going 3-for-5 with a homerun and two runs scored ... had a 3-for-3, two-RBI, two-runs performance on March 23 at Penn State ... scored three times against Ohio State (5/17).
