    Go Hoosiers!
After losing nine letterwinners from last season's squad, the Indiana baseball team welcomes 17 newcomers this season. In the coming weeks, we will feature each IU newcomer leading up to the team's Feb. 22 opener against DePauw. Clint Crosier is next up in the spotlight.

Crosier is a 6-3, left-handed pitcher in his sophomore year at IU and his first season with the baseball team. A native of Corydon, Ind., Crosier was named Corydon Central's MVP his senior season and was an all-conference selection.

Additionally, Crosier lettered in football and basketball, where he was a second team all-state selection.

The son of Frank and Silea Crosier is a sport marketing and management major.

HEAD COACH BOB MORGAN ON CROSIER:
"Clint is going to be a good left-handed pitcher. He has good movement on his fastball, and he is a very good student. We look for Clint to be able to make a contribution to the club this year in his first season with the team."
