Indiana will enter the weekend tied for first place in the Big Ten standings with a 6-3 conference mark. Meanwhile, the Golden Gophers have struggled early on in league play, but were the Big Ten's preseason favorites according to the Coaches Poll.
Tuesday night in Louisville is "Cancer Awareness Night" at Jim Patterson Stadium. Both teams will be wearing something pink, and fans are encouraged to the same. Pink lemonade will be sold during Tuesday's game and $1 from every sale will go to support Home Runs for Hope, a fundraiser with all of the proceeds benefiting Gilda's Club of Louisville. Gilda's Club seeks to provide an emotional and social support community for people living with cancer as well as their friends and families, as an essential complement to medical care. Anyone who purchases pink lemonade at Tuesday's game will also be entered to win a $125 gift card from Shane Co.
