Hoosiers and RedHawks Set for a 4:05 PM First Pitch at Sembower
April 26, 2011
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana University baseball team (25-15) concludes a five-game homestand on Tuesday, playing host to the Miami (OH) RedHawks in a game starting at 4:05 pm in Sembower Field.
Indiana is expected to send a red-hot LHP Drew Leininger (4-2, 3.69) to the mound to duel with the RedHawks' LHP Alex Brown (1-0, 0.86). Leininger is coming off a sparkling 6.0 performance in his last outing that included 10 strikeouts and the retirement of 18 consecutive batters. Brown and his sub-1.00 ERA present a big challenge for the Hoosiers. Brown started in the April 5th game in Oxford, Ohio as well, allowing an unearned run on two hits in four innings of work.
