    Indiana Baseball to Host Alumni Reunion Weekend

    Bloomington, Ind. – Indiana University baseball will host its sixth annual Alumni Reunion on campus in Bloomington Oct. 18-20, 2002. Events held in conjunction with homecoming weekend include a golf outing, banquet, tailgating before the Hoosiers’ football game with Iowa and the Red vs. White baseball series.     Friday, October 18th
    12:30 p.m. Registration at the IU Golf Course
    1:00 p.m. Lunch
    1:45 p.m. Golf Outing (Shotgun Start) -- Tee Times start
    5:30 p.m. 44th Annual Homecoming Parade begins west on East Third Street, concluding at the Sample Gates on Indiana Avenue.
    6:30 p.m. Pep Rally with fireworks and special guests: football coach Gerry DiNardo, IU football players, cheerleaders, RedSteppers and Marching Hundred at the Sample Gates.

    IU Baseball Tailgate: Food, beverages and tickets included. Tent is located in the Orange Lot grass between Memorial Stadium & Assembly Hall on the Northeast corner.
    11:10 a.m.* IU vs. Iowa at Memorial Stadium
    4:00 p.m. RED vs. WHITE SERIES (GAME 1)
    8:00 p.m. Blast II Shockwave at the IU Auditorium. Winner of the 2001 Tony Award for “Special Theatrical Event” in addition to the 2001 Emmy Award for “Best Choreography.” With color, light, movement, and Music, SHOCKWAVE ignites this new contemporary genre with cutting Edge artistry.
