BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - A five-RBI day for freshman catcher Danny Sader proved too much for the opposition to overcome as Sader and Team Crimson outlasted the Cream squad in an extra-inning affair Wednesday afternoon. Crimson takes a 2-1 lead in the best-of-five series with their 9-6 victory in eight innings (scheduled seven-inning contest).

Sader tallied three run-scoring hits on the day, including a bases-clearing triple in the top of the eighth to create the eventual 9-6 final score. Crimson got up early behind a solid pitching performance from Reed Reznicek. They then held on after surrendering two different leads in the game.

Game four of the series is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 15 at 11 a.m. The fifth and final ballgame begins with a 1:30 pm first pitch the following day, Sunday, Oct. 16.
