    JUNIOR YEAR (2005-06)

    Earned a scholarship to start the season and responded by becoming one of the better reserve players during the year • played in 28 of IU's 31 contests during the season • took a team-leading 14 charges on the season • finished the year shooting .482 (27-of-56) from the floor and .468 (22-of-47) from three-point range • averaged 3.4 points, 1.6 rebounds and had an assist to turnover ratio of nearly 3:1 (29 assists and 10 turnovers) • came up with two huge plays down the stretch against then-No. 18/16 Michigan State (2/26/06) as he drew Paul Davis' fifth foul on a charge with under five minutes to go and made a steal that tied the game at a critical juncture • provided an energetic 22 minutes off the bench against Northwestern (2/1/06), as he scored 10 points on 2-of-3 from three-point range and a career-high tying five assists compared to zero turnovers • played 21 minutes and finished with three points and a team-high three assists against Iowa (1/24/06) • had a career-high four three-pointers, notching his third straight game in double figures with 12 at Western Illinois (11/26/05) • recorded his career-high against Florida A&M (11/21/05) with 13 points on 3-of-5 from three-point range • opened the season with then-career-high performances in points (11) and rebounds (eight) off the bench against Nicholls State (11/18/05).

    SOPHOMORE YEAR (2004-05)

    Played in 15 games in a reserve role during the season • had a career day at Michigan on Feb. 20, scoring nine points on 3-of-4 from three-point range and four rebounds in 18 minutes • scored eight points and collected two steals in 21 minutes off the bench in win over Ball State on Dec. 28 • hard-working walk-on dished out a career-high five assists (no turnovers) in a career-high 26 minutes against Indiana State on Nov. 23.

    FRESHMAN YEAR (2003-04)

    Tallied one assist against Wisconsin in the regular season finale • played one minute and tallied first career assist against Northwestern on Jan. 17 • played one minute and posted the first rebound of his career against Morehead State on Dec. 23 • made his collegiate regular season debut against Kentucky on Dec. 20.

    PREP/PERSONAL

    Shot 80 percent from the free throw line and averaged five assists per game in his career at Bloomington North High School • served as captain of the team as a junior and senior and was voted team MVP both years • lettered all four years • was a 2003 Indiana All-Star and Reebok North-South All-Star and McDonald's All-American nominee • owned a 3-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio in high school • is the all-time winningest player in school history • won the school's Mental Attitude Award as a sophomore and Male Athlete of the Year as a senior • father, Buck Suhr, was an assistant coach for the IU football team from 1984-95 before spending six years as an administrative assistant and radio color analyst for the Hoosier football program • the son of Buck and Jane Suhr was born June 20, 1984 and majors in psychology.
