Indiana leads the all-time series with the Huskers, 9-3
The Hoosiers out-rebounded Nebraska, 31-22, making it 20 out of 21 opponents that IU has either grabbed as many or more rebounds against. Over the last two games, Indiana has averaged a +11.5 rebound advantage.
IU grabbed 10 offensive rebounds in the game, reaching double figures in that department for the 19th time in 21 games so far this season.
After going 5-of-15 from long range in the game, Indiana has made at least three 3-point field goals in each of the last 20 games. The only game they did not was the season opener against Chicago State.
Sophomore Kevin Yogi Ferrell led Indiana with 14 points and five assists in 37 minutes. He was 4-of-7 from 3-point range, marking the 11th time this season that he has connected at least three times from long range in a game.
Senior Will Sheehey reached double figures with 12 points (6-of-6 free throws) to go with five rebounds and two assists. He now has 970 career points scored, passing Isiah Thomas to move into 48th on the career scoring list at Indiana.
Freshman Stanford Robinson tallied 12 points - one shy of his season high - on 5-of-8 shooting from the field.
