    Freshman Xavier Keeling made his first career start against the Illini. For the Hoosiers, 10 players have made at least one start this season. The only player to start all 23 games is D.J. White.

    Illinois scored its last point with 3:37 remaining in the game, a free-throw shot by Marcus Arnold. The Illini went 0-for-2 and had four turnovers in the final span.

    The Hoosiers were held to five points off the bench. It is their lowest bench total since the bench scored five points at Duke on Nov. 28. A.J. Ratliff tallied all five of Indiana's bench points.

    With nine 3-point attempts, Indiana also matched its lowest total for 3-pointers attempted. The Hoosiers also attempted nine 3-point baskets against Duke.

    Indiana gave up five 3-pointers and made just three. It is the fourth time this season that Indiana has been outshot from 3-point range.

    Indiana's last three games have been decided by a total of 15 points. Its last two games at home have been decided by nine points.

    From the field, Indiana was 5-of-14 in the last 10 minutes, while Illinois shot 3-of-9 during the same span.

    Indiana forced Illinois into 17 turnovers, and tallied 26 points off turnovers. It is the Hoosiers most points off turnovers for IU since tallying 24 points against Michigan State on Jan. 7.

    The Hoosiers are 5-1 when Roderick Wilmont scores 17 points or more.
