Indiana connected on eight 3-point field goals in the game, the sixth time this season they have made eight or more in a game.
The Hoosiers pulled down 11 offensive rebounds in the contest, the 23rd time this season they have reached double figures on the offensive boards.
IU held a 33-29 edge on the boards in the game, marking the 24th time in 27 games that Indiana has won or tied its opponent in the rebounding battle.
Sophomore Kevin Yogi Ferrell led all scorers with 24 points, including 5-of-10 from the 3-point line. It is his ninth game of 20 or more points this season. He has also made multiple 3-point field goals in seven straight games.
Freshman Noah Vonleh scored 18 points and hauled down six rebounds in 35 minutes. He connected on 2-of-3 from 3-point range and is now 15-of-27 on the year from downtown.
Vonleh also went 8-of-15 from the floor, the most field goals he has made in a game this season.
Senior Will Sheehey scored the first seven points of the game for the Hoosiers and also added three rebounds. He now has 1,028 points in his IU career to remain in 46th on the all-time list at IU.
Freshman Stanford Robinson tallied seven points and five rebounds off the bench for Indiana. The five rebounds match a Big Ten high for the Landover, Md., product.
Sophomore Jeremy Hollowell contributed two points and two rebounds in 12 minutes off the bench.
Freshman Troy Williams snatched five rebounds and dished out two assists in the game.
