Indiana is now 15-0 against non-conference teams this season.

With 27 wins, the Hoosiers tied the record for most wins by a Tom Crean coached team. His Marquette Final Four team in 2003 was 27-6. This Hoosier team is now tied for the sixth most wins in school history.
IU is now 62-30 all-time in the NCAA Tournament and will make
The Hoosiers have advanced to the Sweet Sixteen for the first time since 2002. It is just the second round of 16 appearance for IU since 1995. The Hoosiers have made 14 trips to the Regional semifinals.
Tom Crean is now 7-5 in the NCAA Tournament.
The Hoosiers are now 2-2 all-time in the NCAA Tournament when playing as a No. 4 seed.
Indiana is 12-6 all-time in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
IU has now defeated three teams in the 2011 Final Four defeating VCU, 63-61, Butler, 75-59, and Kentucky, 73-72.
IU improved to 9-7 away from Assembly Hall this season and 4-1 on a neutral court. In those eight wins, IU host posted an average margin of victory of 79.8 to 65.4.
IU will advance to Atlanta for a Friday night rematch against #1 Kentucky. IU won the first meeting this season, 73-72 on December 10. It will be the fourth meeting between the long-time rivals in the NCAA Tournament. IU defeated the Wildcats in 1973 and lost to UK in 1975 and 1983.
The Hoosiers outscored VCU 15-4 in the final 12:28. They held VCU without a point in the final 2 1/2minutes and held the Rams to 19 second-half points and 25 percent second-half shooting.
Sophomore Will Sheehey hit the game winning jumper with 12.7 seconds to go. He finished the game with eight points, three boards and four assists. He shot 64.7% from the field and averaged 11.0 points in Portland.
Freshman Cody Zeller had his fifth double-double of the season with 16 points and 13 rebounds. He averaged 15.0 points and 9.5 rebounds in Portland.
Junior Christian Watford had 16 points, five rebounds and two steals. He tied his career-high with four triples and score eight straight points at the end of the first half to bring IU back from a nine-point deficit. He averaged 15.0 points and made six of eight triples at the Rose Garden.
Sophomore Victor Oladipo had nine points, five boards and six assists and tied the game at 61-61 with a conventional three-point play with 47 seconds to go. He averaged 7.5 points and shot 58.3% from the field in Portland.
Junior Jordan Hulls had five points and averaged 13.5 points and made 5 of 10 three pointers in Portland.
Freshman Remy Abell had four points in 16 minutes and had two rebounds. He averaged 4.0 points in the first two NCAA Tournament games.
Senior Matt Roth drilled a game-tying three-pointer in the first half. He leads the Big Ten making 56.0% of his shots from three-point range.
Senior Tom Pritchard had a putback basket.
