Remy Abell added seven points with three rebounds, three assists and a steal in 13 minutes.
Jeremy Hollowell scored five points, grabbed six rebounds, had six steals, two blocks and an assist in 13 minutes of action.
The Hoosiers outrebounded the Wildcats, 44-28, including 17-10 on the offensive glass.
Indiana outscored Indiana Wesleyan in points in the paint, 48-24, points off turnovers, 23-10, second-chance points, 19-6, fastbreak points, 16-4, and bench points, 46-13.
IU shot 53.3 percent from the floor while holding the Wildcats to just 37.7 percent shooting, including 32.0 percent in the second half.
