Sophomore forward Christian Watford made his first six shots and scored 12 points in the first 3:32 of the game to get the Hoosiers off to a flying start. He finished with 25 points (9-of-11 shooting), five rebounds and two assists in 24 minutes.
Maurice Creek, playing in his first game since going down with a knee injury in the middle of last year, scored 16 points, grabbed five boards in 20 minutes of action.
Junior guard Daniel Moore came off the bench to score 12 points on 6-of-7 field goal shooting and three steals in 16 minutes.
Sophomore forward Derek Elston posted nine points, snatched six rebounds, had two steals, two blocks and an assist in 21 minutes off the bench.
Junior forward Tom Pritchard led the Hoosiers with seven rebounds, four offensive, two blocks, a steal and an assist in 19 minutes.
Sophomore guard Jordan Hulls scored five points, paced the team with five assists, grabbed three rebounds and collected a steal in 24 minutes.
Freshman guard Victor Oladipo was a perfect 4-of-4 from the floor for nine points, while grabbing three rebounds, registering two steals in 13 minutes.
Senior guard Jeremiah Rivers came off the bench to score six points and pull down three rebounds in 13 minutes.
Freshman guard Will Sheehey scored two points, had five rebounds and handed out two assists in 13 minutes.
