    BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Three Members of the Indiana men's basketball team took a break from their preparations for Saturday's game against Connecticut to read a few books to local elementary students. Senior Mike White, junior DeAndre Thomas, freshman Brandon McGee and graduate manager Bilal Batley paid a visit to Fairview Elementary School in Bloomington Friday morning as part of the CHAMPS Life Skills program at IU.

    Each of the team members were took turns reading to different age levels, ranging from kindergarten to sixth grade. After completing the book, the students were given the opportunity to ask the players questions ranging from what size of shoe each player wears to what each of their favorite foods are.
