D.J.White and Eric Gordon Named NABC All-District

Kansas City, Mo. - Indiana University men's basketball players D.J. White and Eric Gordon were named All-District by the National Association of Basketball Coaches and are now eligible for the State Farm All-American team.
White has recorded 18 double-doubles in his last 25 outings. He is currently second in the league in scoring (17.0), first in the league in rebounds (10.4) and field goal percentage (60.7), and fourth in the league in blocked shots (1.62). He moved into a tie for 20th on the school's all-time scoring list with 1,365 points and a share of 14th all-time at IU with 709 rebounds. He is averaging 17.7 points and 11.0 rebounds in Big Ten action.
Gordon leads the league in scoring (21.4), is third in the league in free throw percentage (85.3) and fifth in three-point field goals made (2.36). He has made (203) and attempted (238) more free throws than any other player in the league. The last freshman to lead the Big Ten in scoring was Minnesota's Kris Humphries (21.7) in 2004.
Joining the Hoosier duo on the All-District 10 team were Brian Roberts from Dayton, Luke Harangody of Notre Dame, and Mike Green from Butler.
