Bloomington, Ind. - George Leach, A.J. Moye and Jason Stewart may have completed their Indiana playing careers last month, but Hoosier fans around the state have at least one more opportunity to see the trio in action. Leach, Moye and Stewart will join fellow former IU standouts Damon Bailey, Tom Coverdale, Kyle Hornsby, Todd Leary, Jeff Newton and Jamal Meeks in the annual statewide barnstorming tour that begins April 10 at 7 p.m. in Charlestown. The 17-game schedule, sponsored by Best Buy and Marathon, concludes May 2 in Wabash. Admission to each game is $5, and fans interested in attending a game should contact the high school or elementary school where the game is being played.

The 6-11 Leach leaves Branch McCracken Court at Assembly Hall as the fourth-leading shot blocker in Indiana history (194). Leach had at least seven blocks in three different games, as only Dean Garrett had more seven-plus block efforts in his Hoosier career (four). Leach averaged 9.1 points and 5.5 rebounds as a senior while hitting 49 percent from the floor.

Despite standing 6-2, Moye led Indiana and ranked eighth in the Big Ten at 6.4 rebounds per game. Moye is the first player since Jim Thomas (1982 and 1983) to lead IU in rebounding despite standing shorter than 6-4. Moye grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds against Michigan on March 3. He closed his senior season by averaging 10 points per game and shooting nearly 47 percent from the floor. Active in the community, Moye initiated his own weekly reading program in the fall of 2003 at Binford Elementary School in Bloomington.

Stewart was invited by the IU coaching staff to work out with the Hoosiers during the 2002-03 season. He played in four games as a senior and recorded his first career block against Northwestern on Jan. 17.

Leach, Moye, Stewart, Coverdale, Hornsby, Newton, Leary and Meeks will be joined by former Indiana All-Stars Brad Borgman and Cole Sinclair (IU-Southeast), Travis Inman of Indiana State and former Bedford-North Lawrence standout Josh Allen.
