BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana University men's basketball program improved five spots to rank 11th in the nation and second among Big Ten programs for men's basketball attendance averaging 15,296 fans in 17 home games. IU is the only Big Ten program to rank among the top 16 schools in attendance in each of the last 39 seasons.

"It's easy to see that the fan base at Indiana is without question the most loyal in the country," said IU Coach Tom Crean. "Their energy and support is playing a big part in our efforts to restore the championship tradition here at IU."

Indiana had six sellout crowds this past season, exceeding the capacity of more than 17,000. The Big Ten Conference also led the nation in attendance for the 34th straight year.
