PRINCETON, N.J. - The field is set for the 19th annual 2K Sports Classic benefiting Wounded Warrior Project, which culminates with the Championship Rounds at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 21 and Nov. 22.
TICKET INFORMATION: Tickets for Championship Round games of the 2K Sports Classic benefiting Wounded Warrior Project at Madison Square Garden are on sale now and may be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at 866-448-7849 or through Ticketmaster.com.
Headlining the field are Indiana, UConn, Boston College, and Washington. These four teams, which combine for 102 NCAA Tournament appearances, will each host a pair of regional round games on campus from Nov. 12-17 before heading to the World's Most Famous Arena for the Championship Rounds on Nov. 21-22.
The remainder of the 12-team field will participate in subregional rounds held from Nov. 22-24. The University of Detroit and UC Irvine will serve as subregional hosts and will be joined by Boston University, Eastern Washington, Florida Atlantic, LIU Brooklyn, Stony Brook, and Toledo.
ESPN Networks will televise six games of the 2K Sports Classic benefiting Wounded Warrior Project, including all four Championship Round games from Madison Square Garden. The semifinal doubleheader on Thursday, Nov. 21 will see Connecticut take on Boston College in a 7:00 p.m. (ET) tip, followed by Indiana facing Washington. Both semifinal match-ups will air live on ESPN2. The semifinal round winners will meet on Friday, Nov. 22 for the 2K Sports Classic championship on ESPN2, preceded by the consolation game at 5:00 p.m. (ET) on ESPNU.
In addition, ESPNU will air the Nov. 17 games between Boston University-Connecticut and Florida Atlantic-Boston College.

Indiana Hoosiers - Head Coach: Tom Crean (Big Ten Conference)
Indiana has won five National Championships and has been to 37 NCAA Tournaments, including two consecutive Sweet 16 appearances...ranked No. 1 for 10 weeks in 2012-13...sixth-year head coach Tom Crean led the Hoosiers to a 29-7 record and the Big Ten championship this past year...6-7 forward Will Sheehey (9.5 ppg, 3.5 rpg) and guard Kevin Yogi Ferrell (7.6 ppg, team-high 147 assists) lead a talented group of returning players that will again be joined by one of the nation's top recruiting classes.
Connecticut Huskies - Head Coach: Kevin Ollie (American Athletic Conference)
The Huskies have won three National Championships and have played in 31 NCAA tournaments...at 20-10, UConn posted its 20th 20-win season over the last 24 seasons last year...head coach Kevin Ollie returns his top seven scorers and all five starters from this past year, led by guard Shabazz Napier, who paced the Huskies at 17.1 ppg to go along with 129 assists...guard Ryan Boatright averaged 15.4 ppg and had a team-best 131 assists...UConn will begin its affiliation with the American Athletic Conference in 2013-14.
Boston College Eagles - Head Coach: Steve Donahue (Atlantic Coast Conference)
Head coach Steve Donahue has a team that returns all five starters and seven of its top eight scorers...guard Olivier Hanlan, a unanimous selection for the ACC's all-freshman team, netted 15.4 ppg to lead the Eagles in 2012-13...he also handed out 75 assists...6-8 forward Ryan Anderson averaged of 14.9 points and a team-high 8.0 rebounds a game...the Eagles have been to 18 NCAA Tournaments.
Washington Huskies - Head Coach: Lorenzo Romar (Pacific-12 Conference)
Head coach Lorenzo Romar is entering his 12th season and has led the Huskies to 208 wins over the last nine seasons, including 18 this past season...Washington advanced to the NIT in 2013, marking its sixth straight postseason appearance...10 players return in 2013-14, led by guard C.J. Wilcox and his 16.8 ppg scoring average...6-9 forward Shawn Kemp Jr. averaged 6.3 points and 3.0 rebounds a game as a sophomore...the Huskies have been to 16 NCAA Tournaments in their history.
Boston University Terriers - Head Coach Joe Jones (Patriot League)
All five starters and the top seven scorers from last year's 17-13 team return to the Terriers in 2013-14...guard D.J. Irving earned first-team all-conference honors a year ago for leading BU with a 14.2 ppg average while handing out 108 assists...6-7 swingman Dom Morris garnered third-team laurels in posting 11.6 ppg and a team-best 6.4 rpg...head coach Joe Jones will guide his team into its first season as a member of the Patriot League.
Detroit Titans - Head Coach Ray McCallum (Horizon League)
Head coach Ray McCallum guided the Titans to a 20-13 record and a berth in the 2013 NIT...in 2013-14, the Titans return a pair of starters...guard Jason Calliste is Detroit's leading returning scorer and playmaker, having recorded averages of 14.4 points and 3.3 assists a game a year ago...6-6 forward Juwan Howard Jr. netted 7.6 ppg last season.
Eastern Washington Eagles - Head Coach Jim Hayford (Big Sky Conference)
Three of the top four scorers from a year ago return as Jim Hayford enters his third season at Eastern Washington...headlining the list of returning players is 6-7 forward Venky Jois, the Big Sky Conference Freshman of the Year who posted team-leading averages in scoring (12.3 ppg) and rebounding (9.0 rpg)...leading the Eagles' back court is Parker Kelly, who registered 9.5 ppg last season.
Florida Atlantic Owls - Head Coach Mike Jarvis (Conference USA)
Mike Jarvis enters his sixth season at Florida Atlantic but first as a member of Conference USA...the Owls are coming off a 14-18 campaign and will have to overcome the loss of last's season top two scorers...guard Pablo Bertone is the team's leading returning scorer at 9.4 ppg, while sophomore Jackson Trapp's 62 assists paces those returning to the team from a year ago.
LIU Brooklyn Blackbirds - Head Coach Jack Perri (Northeast Conference)
In his first season at the helm, Jack Perri guided LIU Brooklyn to a 20-14 record, an unprecedented third straight NEC title, and a berth in the NCAA Tournament...looking for a fourth consecutive crown, Perri will rely on point guard Jason Brickman, who led the nation in assists at 8.5 apg, to go with his 9.5 ppg average...6-7 forward Julian Boyd, the 2012 NEC Player of the Year, returns to action after missing the majority of last season due to injury.
Stony Brook Seawolves - Head Coach Steve Pikiell (America East Conference)
Four starters return as the Seawolves look for their fourth America East regular season title in the last five years...Steve Pikiell, back-to-back AEC Coach of the Year, led Stony Brook to a Division I school record 25 wins in going 25-8, which included the school's first ever postseason NIT win...6-8 forward Jameel Warney, the AEC Rookie of the Year, heads the returning players after netting a team-leading 12.4 ppg to go with 7.2 rpg...guard Anthony Jackson scored 11.3 ppg.
Toledo Rockets - Head Coach Tod Kowalczyk (Mid-American Conference)
The Rockets were MAC West Division co-champions last season and will turn to four returning starters in 2013-14...the back court of Rian Pearson (team-highs of 17.9 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 48 steals) and Julius Brown (13.1 ppg, team-high 168 assists) earned first- and third-team All-MAC honors, respectively, last season as Toledo posted a 15-13 overall mark...head coach Tod Kowalczyk has guided Toledo to back-to-back winning seasons for the first time since 2007.
UC Irvine Anteaters - Head Coach Russell Turner (Big West Conference)
UC Irvine recorded the third-most wins in school history in going 21-16 and reaching the second round of the CIT...two starters return for head coach Russell Turner, including 6-8 forward Will Davis II (9.7 ppg, team-high 6.8 rpg), who broke his own school record with 88 blocked shots last year en route to Big West Defensive Player of the Year honors...guard Alex Young was the Big West's co-Freshman of the Year for averaging 9.2 ppg to go with a team-best 144 assists.
