    BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana University men's basketball team, for the sixth straight year and third straight season on the road, will play a Big Ten game on New Year's Eve. The Hoosiers travel to Nebraska on the final day of 2014 and start the conference season with a second straight road game on January 5 at Michigan State.

    • IU will close the league slate with home games against Iowa on March 3 and against Michigan State on March 7.

    • IU is scheduled to appear on Super Tuesday on ESPN twice. The Hoosiers will play at Wisconsin, February 3 and host Iowa, March 3. Both are 7 p.m. starts.

    • The Hoosiers will have home-and home meetings with Michigan State, Ohio State, Purdue, Maryland and Rutgers. Single meetings on the road include Nebraska, Illinois, Northwestern, Wisconsin. Single meetings at Assembly Hall include Penn State, Michigan, Minnesota and Iowa.

    • IU finished the 2013-14 season ranked sixth in the country and first in the Big Ten in overall attendance, averaging a 17,359 fans in 18 home games.

    • The Big Ten Tournament will be March 11-15 at the United Center in Chicago.

    "I think our fans are going to enjoy the home schedule, with teams they have not seen before like Pittsburgh, SMU, Rutgers and Maryland as well as old rivals like Purdue, Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan, Michigan State, Iowa and Minnesota. We have had some amazing games against those teams in Assembly Hall and I would expect more of the same this season."
