Hoosiers Wrap Up Exhibition Season
November 12, 2003Bloomington, Ind.-- Indiana wraps up the 2003 exhibition campaign on Nov. 13 when it entertains the Southeastern All-Stars at 7 p.m. at Assembly Hall (17,456).
Indiana opened the 2003 exhibition season with a 70-68 overtime victory over Athletes in Action on Nov. 7 at Assembly Hall. One night after pushing the Hoosiers to overtime, AIA upset No. 21 Wake Forest, 77-75 in Winston Salem.
Indiana overcame a seven-point halftime deficit, as sophomore guard Bracey Wright paced the Hoosiers with 18 points. Freshman forward Pat Ewing, Jr., was also impressive in his collegiate debut, posting eight points, 10 rebounds and four blocked shots.
The 104th season of Indiana basketball officially gets underway on Friday, Nov. 21, when UNC-Greensboro visits Bloomington for an 8 p.m. contest against the Hoosiers.
