    Hughes ended his career with 132 receptions for 1,956 yards and 13 touchdowns in 45 career games (31 starts). He became the 19th Hoosier to reach 100 catches and 1,000 yards. Hughes closed out his career tied for sixth in 100-yard games (six), eighth in yardage and tied for 10th in receptions on Indiana's all-time lists.

    2013 (Senior): Elected team captain along with Ted Bolser and Greg Heban ... started all 12 games and made 47 receptions for 739 yards with seven touchdowns ... finished second on the team in catches, yards, yards per game (61.6) and yards per catch (15.7) and third in TDs ... ranked sixth in the Big Ten in yards per game, tied for seventh in scores and ninth in yards ... posted three 100-yard games ... forced one fumble on special teams at No. 17 Wisconsin ... matched a career-high with nine grabs for 120 yards at No. 4 Ohio State ... pulled in six balls for a season-high 138 yards and a 67-yard touchdown at Michigan ... made six receptions for 102 yards with a 45-yard TD against Navy ... added four catches for 85 yards and a 36-yard score in win over Penn State ... collected 12 20-plus yard (four TDs - 67, 45, 36, 27) and seven 30-plus yard receptions ... led team in yardage four times and in catches three times ... two-time IU offensive player of the week (Michigan and Ohio State) ... six-time game captain.
