Assisted with the offensive line as a graduate assistant at Florida State University in 2011.
Started 48 consecutive games on the offensive line at West Virginia University from 2005-08. Played for Indiana offensive line coach Greg Frey in 2007.
Earned first team Freshman All-America honors in 2005 and was recognized on numerous All-America teams in both 2007 and 2008.
Signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent in 2009 and played for the Arena Football League's Cleveland Gladiators.
The Cincinnati native and La Salle High School graduate earned his degree in physical education from West Virginia.
