    Indiana vs. Purdue

    Marcus Thigpen finished the game with 96 kick return yards, including a season-long 68-yard return in the second quarter. He finishes his IU career with (2,009) yards on kickoff returns, second in IU history to Derin Graham (2,088, 1998-2000). He finished the season with (853) return yards, the second-highest total in school history (Graham, 897, 2000).

    • Thigpen added 53 yards rushing for 149 all-purpose yards in the contest. In his final campaign, he tallied (1,719) all-purpose yards, the 7th-highest single-season total in Hoosier lore. He wrapped up his career with (4,658) all-purpose yards, the third-highest total all-time for Indiana.

    Austin Starr's second-quarter field goal was the 43rd of the senior's career, tying him with Andy Payne (1997-00) for fourth on the school's all-time list. He also moved past Levron Williams for sixth place on the school's points list with 231.

    Jammie Kirlew notched a tackle for loss in the first quarter, marking the 10th game this season that he has dragged down an opponent behind the line of scrimmage. He finished the season with 19.5 tackles for loss on the year, the fourth-best total in IU lore. He now has 37.0 tackles for loss in his career, tied with Nathan Davis (1993-96) for fourth on the school's all-time list.

    • Junior receiver Ray Fisher had two catches in the game and finished the year with a team-leading 42 receptions. His 16-yard touchdown reception was his team-leading fifth TD catch of the year. He now has 118 receptions in his three years for IU, the eighth-highest total among Hoosiers.

    Tyler Replogle had a career day for the Hoosiers in Will Patterson's absence, making a career-high 19 tackles and recording his first career sack and tackle for loss in the third quarter. It marked the most tackles by a Hoosier in a game this year and the most since Austin Thomas had 22 against Michigan State last season. The sack gave the Hoosiers 31 for the season.



    Donnell Jones also had a career high in tackles, making 10 for the Hoosiers in the game. Matt Mayberry finished in double digits in tackles for the fourth straight game, making 11 tackles against Purdue. It was the fourth game in a row that IU had three players in double digits in tackles.

    • Redshirt freshman punter Chris Hagerup finished off a strong debut campaign with 3 punts and an average of 44.7 yards per boot. He had a long kick of 50 yards, giving him 13 punts of 50 yards or more on the season. He wrapped up his first year as the team's punter averaging 42.4 yards per kick, the 7th-highest average for a season by a Hoosier.

    • Redshirt freshman Andre LaGrone made his first appearance in a Hoosier uniform on Saturday. He recorded a tackle in the second quarter while playing at cornerback.

    • Seventeen Hoosiers donned the IU uniform for the final time on Saturday. Running back Marcus Thigpen, linebacker Jerry Williams, holder Dustin Hass, cornerback Christopher Phillips, kicker Austin Starr, wide receiver Brandon Walker-Roby, safety Rayshun Calhoun, safety Brandon Mosley, safety Joe Kleinsmith, defensive end Ryan Marando, defensive lineman Isaac Price, linebacker Geno Johnson, defensive tackle Greg Brown, tight end Taylor Donnell, defensive lineman Arik Wolf, wide receiver Andrew Means and cornerback Bruce Hampton finished their Indiana careers.
