BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -Stephen Houston will enter the 2013 campaign sixth on Indiana's career lists with 20 rushing touchdowns and seventh with 24 total touchdowns. He scored at least one TD in nine straight games, including the final game of 2011, which tied for the second-longest streak in school history with James Hardy (2006-07) behind Anthony Thompson's 12 (1988-89).
The fifth-year senior totaled 749 rushing yards, 62.4 per game, on 161 carries with 12 touchdowns and a 4.7 average in 2012. Houston is the first Hoosiers running back with at least eight rushing scores in back-to-back seasons since Levron Williams (10 in 2000 and 17 in 2001) and the first with at least 700 rushing yards in consecutive years since BenJarvus Green-Ellis (938 in 2003 and 794 in 2004).
