    BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana's offensive line led the Big Ten in 2012, allowing just one sack every 31.8 pass attempts.

    The Hoosiers finished atop the Big Ten in passing offense (311.2), which ranked 17th nationally, and set program records for passing yardage (3,734) and total offense (5,304). They also finished second in the league in total offense (442.0) and fourth in scoring offense (30.8).

    Left tackle Jason Spriggs, center Will Matte and right guard Dan Feeney collected 2012 honorable mention All-Big Ten recognition. Spriggs and Feeney earned freshman All-America honors after starting all 12 games, an IU true freshman record for an offensive lineman.

    Greg Frey is in his second season as Indiana's run game coordinator and third as offensive line coach. He has coached 12 all-conference honorees in his career.

    Frey mentored five 2012 All-Big Ten honorees, including Spriggs, Matte, Feeney and Michigan's Patrick Omameh and Taylor Lewan, who was named the Big Ten's Offensive Lineman of the Year.
