    Throughout the 2007 Training Camp, IUHOOSIERS.com will sit down and get to know some of the Hoosier football players a little better. Wednesday's chat is with freshman safety Jarrell Drane.

    If you could travel any where in the world, where would it be?
    Japan, because they have everything first.

    What is something about you that would surprise most people?
    I'm not the type of person that looks like he would like classical music, but I do.

    What sport would you play if you weren't playing football?
    Basketball was my second sport. I didn't play it in high school because I got hurt.

    Who has been the biggest influence in your life and why?
    My dad, because he played pro ball and because he's my dad, so he's taught me a lot of things.

    Do you have any pregame superstitions?
    On every field, I scoop up some dirt and draw a cross on my right thight pad.

    What is your favorite TV show?
    It's a cartoon - "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends"

    Who has been the most helpful in the transition to Indiana so far?
    My teammate from high school, Zach Walker, he's been like my right hand man.

    What is your favorite food?
    Chicken - barbecue chicken.

    What class are you looking forward to the most this semester?
    A criminal justice class I'm taking, because it's something I want to get into.

    What has been the biggest difference between High School and Camp so far?
    Just the bigger guys, they're a lot bigger. I'm trying to put on some weight. You get dinged up, but it comes with it trying to tackle big Josiah [Sears] - he's 250, I'm 185. So you get dinged up a little bit with these bigger guys, but I'm good.
