Marsh Ticket Stops Return for 2010

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana Department of Athletics has announced the return of Marsh Ticket Stops for the 2010 season. The first of six stops will take place from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 31, at the Marsh located at the intersection of Kinser Pike and the 45/46 Bypass on Bloomington's north side.
At every Marsh Ticket Stop, fans can take advantage of special ticket offers, and B97 will be on hand for a live remote broadcast at Tuesday's Stop. Each Ticket Stop will have games, prizes and in-store specials as well.
Indiana opens the 2010 season against Towson on Thursday, Sept. 2, at 7:30 p.m. Season and individual game tickets are currently on sale and can be purchased by calling 866-IUSPORTS. Students can also add season tickets to their Bursar account during class registration.
IU had the third-largest one-year percentage increase in average attendance nationally in 2009, increasing by 10,051 to 41,833. It marked the Hoosiers' largest home attendance since 1992 (44,074) and the first time they exceeded 40,000 since the same year.
