Indiana-OSU Game to be Televised on ESPN 3D

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Next Saturday's Indiana-Ohio State football game will be televised on ESPN 3D, the network announced today. Kickoff is set for noon EDT on Oct. 9 at Ohio Stadium.
ESPN 3D will feature approximately 13 college football games this year, including the 2011 BCS National Championship game on Jan. 10. in Glendale, Ariz. Additional dates will be announced as the season progresses; schedule subject to change. Sony is the official sponsor of college football on ESPN 3D, and college football games televised on ESPN 3D will utilize Sony professional cameras.
Entering their 111th season of Big Ten football with a perfect 3-0 mark, the Hoosiers open conference play against the Wolverines (4-0) on Saturday, Oct. 2, for the second straight year. The teams will meet at Memorial Stadium (52,929) and the game will be televised on ESPNU.
Pam Ward will handle play-by-play duties and she will be joined by analyst Danny Kanell. The game can also be heard on the statewide IU Radio Network with Don Fischer (play-by-play), Buck Suhr (analyst) and Joe Smith (pre-game, halftime and post-game) on the call.
IU is looking for its sixth 4-0 start in school history and its first since 1990. Indiana is also looking for its first victory over Michigan since 1987 and its first conference-opening win since 2001 (at Wisconsin).
