BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -David Cooper set career-highs with 10 tackles and three stops for loss at Illinois last weekend and added his first career sack. The sophomore middle linebacker's three TFLs were the most for a Hoosier since Jammie Kirlew's three vs. Western Michigan in 2009.
He has started all eight games this season and he leads the team with seven tackles for loss, is second with 57 tackles, 30 solo (tied for third), to go along with one forced fumble and one pass breakup.

Flo Hardin made his second straight start at strong-side linebacker at Illinois and added eight tackles. He collected seven in his first career start at linebacker at Navy and he totals 32 stops in eight games this season.
