IU-Penn State to Kick at Noon on BTN
Nov. 1, 2009
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana's game at Penn State on Saturday, Nov. 14, will be televised on the Big Ten Network, it was announced today. The Hoosiers (4-5, 1-4 Big Ten) and Nittany Lions (8-1, 4-1 Big Ten) will kick off at noon EST at Beaver Stadium. All games can also be heard on the statewide IU Radio Network (Don Fischer, Pete Compise and Joe Smith) and on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio.
Game times are predicated on the Big Ten Conference television agreement with ABC, the Big Ten Network, ESPN and ESPN2 and are often not announced until 12 days before kickoff.
Returning to Bloomington following a two-game road trip, the Indiana football team takes on its second straight ranked opponent and fourth of the season in No. 24/22/21 Wisconsin (6-2, 3-2 Big Ten). The Hoosiers and Badgers will meet at Memorial Stadium (52,692) on Saturday, Nov. 7. Kickoff is set for noon EST and the game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
IU led No. 4 (BCS) Iowa entering the fourth quarter but came up short in Iowa City, 42-24, last Saturday. Meanwhile, Wisconsin manhandled Purdue, 37-0, in Madison, Wis., the Badgers first Big Ten shutout since 1999.
