Nov. 6, 2013
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana safety Mark Murphy and tight end Ted Bolser talked to IUHoosiers.com about the team's upcoming game against Illinois. Saturday's kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. EST and BTN will broadcast the game from Memorial Stadium.
Paul Burmeister (play-by-play), Chuck Long (analyst) and Eric Crouch (sideline) will call the game. It can also be heard on the statewide IU Radio Network, Sirius 138 and XM 191 with Don Fischer (play-by-play), Buck Suhr (analyst) and Joe Smith (pre-game, halftime and post-game) on the broadcast.
Murphy claimed his third double-digit tackle game of the season and the seventh of his career with a game and season-high 12, eight solo, against Minnesota last weekend. He also forced his first career fumble, which led to seven points.
Bolser is Indiana's tight ends leader with 1,296 yards and 14 touchdowns in his career while ranking second with 110 receptions (115-Bob Stephenson). He became the 20th Hoosier and the second tight end to reach 100 catches and 1,000 yards at Michigan State and is tied for sixth all-time at IU in TDs, 19th in receptions and 23rd in yards.
