BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Scout.com, powered by Fox Sports Next, named Indiana true freshman right guard Dan Feeney to its Freshman All-America first team.
Feeney started all 12 games, an IU true freshman record for an offensive lineman. He did not surrender a sack in 935 snaps and finished second on the team with 54 knockdowns.
The Orland Park, Ill., native previously earned honorable mention All-Big Ten recognition from the conference's coaches and media. Feeney was also named honorable mention All-Big Ten by 247Sports.com and was an honorable mention BTN.com All-Big Ten Freshman Team member.
