The Hoosiers have arrived in Arizona... FINALLY! After a four-plus hour delay at the Monroe County Airport, a stop back to Memorial Stadium for lunch and a re-routing to Indianapolis International Airport, the Indiana football team touched down at Phoenix International Airport at 6:47 p.m. MST.

Gathering for a team breakfast at 7:30 EST, the team finally arrived at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort at 7:40 p.m. MST, wrapping up a 13-hour travel day. The team proceeded to dinner before heading to a team meeting and a welcome from Insight Bowl President John Junker.

The Hoosiers left Memorial Stadium at 8:30 a.m. EST and arrived at Monroe Country Airport at 8:45 a.m. Mechanical issues forced the Hoosiers to sit on the runway for just over four hours and moved the team to Memorial Stadium for lunch. At 2:30 p.m., the travel party loaded the buses and headed north to Indianapolis, where everyone loaded a working airplane and took off for Arizona at 5:17 p.m.
