Former Hoosier Overton Qualifies for British Open
Former Indiana University golfer Jeff Overton will be one of the 156 competitors at the 2008 British Open after qualifying for the event by winning an international qualifier held at the TPC of Michigan.

Campillo Reaches Quarterfinals at British Amateur
Indiana men's golfer Jorge Campillo advanced to the quarterfinals of the British Amateur Championship match play before falling one hole shy of reaching the semifinals on Friday. The event was held at Turnberry in Scotland, which has hosted three British Opens and will host number four in 2009.
