    ZIONSVILLE, Ind. - The Indiana men's golf team fired a two-over par 286 in the final round of the Wolf Run Intercollegiate for a three-round total of 882, good for a fifth-place tie with Northwestern in the 15-team field. Brant Peaper's final round three-under par 68 led the Hoosiers and was tied for the second-best round of the entire tournament and matched his career low.

    Illinois shot a three-round total of 859 (+7) to claim the team title by 19 strokes over UCF and Ball State. Individually, UCF's Connor Arendell was lights out all weekend as he shot a five-under 208 for the three rounds, the fourth-best individual score in the history of the tournament.

    The Hoosiers entered the final round in 11th place and set out determined to change things in the tournament they were co-hosting along with Kentucky. Peaper recorded three birdies on his first nine holes and was steady on his final nine holes on his way to the 68, matching his career-best 18-hole score and put him in a tie for ninth individually.

    David Mills also turned in a steady weekend and capped things off with a 72 on Sunday for a three-round total of 220 (+7) and a 14th place finish individually. Chase Wright was just one stroke behind Mills for the weekend, as he fired a 221 (+8) following his 73 in the final round. David Erdy closed the weekend with a 73 and a weekend total of 223 (+10) and Ren Han had a third round score of 80 to finish at 235.

    Playing as an individual this weekend, Corey Ziedonis shot a final round 74 to give him a three-round total of 223 and a tie for 23rd overall.

    Indiana will be back in action next weekend at the Olympia Fields/Fighting Illini Invitational in Chicago, Ill.
