    A local product out of Columbus where he was a three-time All-Area pick out of Columbus North High School ... two-time All-Conference pick for Conference Indiana, finishing his career with 19 goals and 29 assists despite missing the early part of his senior season due to injury ... earned second-team all-state honors as a senior, as well as all-district accolades ... led the Bulldogs to back-to-back conference titles in 2008 and 2009, becoming the first North men's soccer team to win a conference title ... also led the team to the state final in 2009, the second time in school history the team has appeared in the championship match ... played club soccer with the Bloomington Cutters for three years before moving to Hoosier F.C. as a senior ... won the Hoosier Cup as a senior ... has two brothers (Isaac, Ethan) and a sister (Sierra) ... his brother Isaac is a team manager ... born Dec. 31, 1991 ... parents are Tim and Susan Lax ... father is an IU grad.
