    GARCIA FINISHES SECOND IN HERMANN TROPHY; KOROL NAMED TO TEAM OF 90's

    Indiana junior back Nick Garcia finished second in the voting for the Hermann Trophy, awarded to college soccer's top player. Garcia registered 105 points, nine points behind Duke's Alin Curtis.

    Aleksey Korol, Indiana's leading scorer (20-9-48), finished fourth in the voting with 94 points. The senior forward was also named to Soccer America's "Team of the 90's", announced in conjunction with this weekend's College Cup.

    The Hoosiers will vie for their fifth national championship on Sunday afternoon when they battle Santa Clara at 1 p.m. in the College Cup championship in Charlotte, N.C. The game will be shown live on ESPN.
