JUNIOR YEAR (2008-09)
Posted a career-best time of 49.36 in the 100 butterfly at the Last Chance Meet in Bloomington ... also posted a career best in the 100 free at the meet (49.38) ... his career best of 1:50.36 in the 200 butterfly came in a dual meet win at Evansville ... seventh in the 100 fly in a dual meet win at Purdue (50.27) ... 10th in the 100 fly in a tri-meet with Michigan and Tennessee (50.72) ... ninth in the 200 fly in a double dual with Missouri and Ohio State (1:52.26) ... fourth in the 200 fly in a dual meet win over Northwestern (1:54.16) ... touched the wall 10th in the 200 fly in a double dual with Texas and Michigan (1:55.80).
SOPHOMORE YEAR (2007-08)
Finished 10th in the 200 fly in a double dual with Texas and Michigan and posted a time of 1:58.27 in the 200 backstroke... recorded a season-best time of 1:56.11 in the 200 individual medley prelims at the Hoosierland Open ... posted a season-best 100 free split of 48.22 on the lead-off leg of the 400 free relay at Kentucky ... part of 400-yard medley relay team which placed fourth at Northwestern ... seventh in the 200 free and eighth in the 200 fly against the Wildcats.
FRESHMAN YEAR (2006-07)
Competed in eight meets ... sixth in the 200 fly in a dual meet with Michigan, posting a season-best time of 1:54.68 ... also took fifth in the event in a dual with Kentucky ... sixth in the 200 backstroke (1:54.79) against Ohio State ... finished fourth in the consolation final of the 200-meter individual medley (1:57.91) at the IU Open ... bettered that time with a mark of 1:57.39 in a tri meet with Texas and California ... set a new career mark in the 100-yard butterfly (51.66) at the 2007 Indiana Senior Short Course Championship.
Eight-time All-American ... Academic All-American in 2006 ... helped South Bend Riley High to a 48-3 dual meet record during his four seasons on the team ... named conference MVP in 2004 ... was part of four city, three conference and two sectional titles at Riley ... also helped Riley to a state runner-up finish and a 13-0 dual meet record in 2003 ... closed high school career with 18 pool, five city, four sectional and two school records ... served in Student-Athletes for Education ... was a member of the National Honor Society and involved in Student Athletes for Education ... graduated cum laude ... son of Scott and Lynn Blue ... born Sept. 10, 1987.
